Return Policy Requirements
DIOSA MAR SWIM will happily accept returns for exchange or credit (excluding shipping charges) of any regularly priced, unwashed, unworn, and unused merchandise. Customers wishing to return merchandise must do so within 10 days of receiving the merchandise. The swimwear must be unworn with original liner and tags attached. You must include the original sales receipt and packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchanges and Credits
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange/credit. If you are approved, the exchange/credit will be processed within one business week. However, your banking institution may take several days to process the credit.
Only regular priced items may be credited for a refund. All sale items are final.
We only replace items if they were defective or damaged at the time of purchase.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of shipping will be deducted from your credit or refund.
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returns. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning an item over $75, we strongly suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Will I be charged shipping for a return?
Yes, you are responsible for return shipping. In the event that you choose to forgo secured tracking, Paulo Succar is not responsible for the package if it is lost or otherwise not received.
Returns for International Orders
We do not offer returns or exchanges for international orders. International orders are orders shipped to countries other than Mexico.
Returns for Phone Orders, Special Orders, & Pre-Orders
We do not offer returns or exchanges for phone orders, special orders, or pre-orders.
